PADnet Xpress Passes Electrical Safety Certification for Home Use

Advances Platform as Technology of Choice for In-Home Wellness Assessments

Today Biomedix announced it has successfully received an important electrical safety certification required for in-home health screenings.

PADnet Xpress, the latest technology from Biomedix designed for peripheral artery disease (PAD) identification, has successfully passed IEC 60601-1-11 testing, confirming it is safe and appropriate for home use.

“With the COVID-19 pandemic, a number of our healthcare providers anticipate that going forward, more services will be delivered in the home,” said Rich Delperdang, Chief Growth Officer of Biomedix. “Given our focus on safety, both for our customers, and their patients and members, we made the decision to invest in this enhanced electrical safety certification.”
