Job Description:

We are seeking talented individuals to join our growing service team as a Client Support Specialist. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this position will develop a strong command of our service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge so they can offer quick and accurate assistance to customers.

This position will be responsible for training new customers, answering incoming calls regarding the use of our products and services as well as supporting the optimized utilization of our products by providing periodic analytical reports to strategic customers. In addition, this position will support sales efforts with product demonstrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Training new and existing clients on the use of our products and services
  • Professional interaction with clients to establish a positive rapport with each service call
  • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
  • Work with management to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies or product enhancements
  • Support collection of client payments and A/R management
  • Impact the company’s bottom line by problem-solving and addressing client frustrations professionally and promptly

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi protocols
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Outlook, Zoom, etc.)
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
