Biomedix, a market-leading medical technology and innovation company, was invited to screen congressional representatives and their staff at the United States Capitol with PADnet Xpress during the PAD Caucus briefing on September 27th, 2023.
PAD Caucus Co-Chairs, Congressman Donald Payne, Jr. and Congressman Gus Bilirakis, hosted medical experts from organizations including:
- American College of Cardiology (ACC)
- American Diabetes Association (ADA)
- American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA)
- Association of Black Cardiologists (ABC)
- Johnson & Johnson
- Society for Cardiovascular Angiography & Interventions (SCAI)
Foluso Fakorede, MD served as the moderator and fielded questions from those in attendance.

To help contribute to the cause, Biomedix suggests you contact your elected representatives in Congress to support the Amputation Reduction and Compassion (ARC) Act. This bill was introduced to the 117th (2021) Congress with bipartisan support, and was re-introduced in 2023 to Congress.
